Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if a complete unboxing video is provided.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed parcel

    • Opening of the parcel

    • The product received

  • Without an unboxing video, NO return or exchange will be accepted strictly.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Items purchased during sales or special offers (unless defective)

Return Process

  1. Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel.

  3. Our team will review and approve the return if it meets the conditions.

  4. Customers must ship the product back to our address after approval.
