Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund is only provided if an unboxing video proves product damage, defect, or wrong item.

  • Without the required video, no refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be made through bank transfer or the original payment method once the product is returned and inspected.

Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection time: 2–3 working days

  • Refund time: 3–5 working days after approval

No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • The product has been used

  • The video is missing or unclear

  • The product was perfectly fine but customer “changed mind”
