Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
Refund is only provided if an unboxing video proves product damage, defect, or wrong item.
Without the required video, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will be made through bank transfer or the original payment method once the product is returned and inspected.
Refund Processing Time
No Refund Will Be Issued If:
The product has been used
The video is missing or unclear
The product was perfectly fine but customer “changed mind”
